Form Your LLC

Running your business from abroad is your job. Setting up the New Mexico LLC behind it is ours. You can form a New Mexico LLC with no Social Security Number and no US address, in one of the few states where LLCs don't file an annual report. With our Non-US Founder Package, we form the company, serve as its agent, obtain its EIN, and put together your application for a bank account with our partners.

Want a US company, but you don't live in the US? No Social Security Number, no US address, no idea where to start. That's exactly what we handle.

You fill out one short form. That's it.

We form your New Mexico LLC with the state.

We become your registered agent, so your official mail goes to our New Mexico office and straight on to you.

We prepare your EIN application. No Social Security Number needed. You just sign.

And you don't have to wait for your EIN. As soon as you sign, your bank account application is ready for our partners, with your company documents already attached. You approve it, we send it. Your EIN arrives in the background, straight to your dashboard. (Our partners make the final decision, so approval isn't guaranteed.)

One package: $399, plus the $50 New Mexico state fee. Start your US company today.

How it works

  1. Order online. Tell us your company name and who the owners are. It's a single form.
  2. We file with the state. Your Articles of Organization go in through New Mexico's online business portal.
  3. Your LLC is approved. Your certificate appears in your dashboard.
  4. Sign the SS-4. We draft it, and you e-sign it.
  5. Approve your bank account application. It's ready the minute you've signed, filled in and with your documents attached, so you're not waiting on the IRS. You confirm it, and we submit it to our partners.
  6. IRS submission. Your SS-4 is faxed in.
  7. Get your EIN. The IRS usually issues it two to eight weeks after the fax, and it lands in your dashboard.

Your hands are only needed for steps 1, 4, and 5, and we look after the rest.

What we handle for you

We form your New Mexico LLC

We prepare and file your Articles of Organization. New Mexico moved all business filings online, so nothing needs to be printed or mailed.

We serve as your registered agent

Your LLC must have a registered office in New Mexico, and the agent has to do business from that address. We fill that role for your first twelve months. If a lawsuit or state notice arrives for your LLC, we scan it and forward it to you.

We get your EIN with no SSN

The IRS online form only works for people with an SSN or ITIN, and most international owners have neither. So we use the paper route: Form SS-4, completed as the IRS instructs for foreign applicants, signed by you digitally, and faxed to the IRS. The IRS typically needs two to eight weeks, and there's no faster lane. If you do have an SSN, your EIN goes through the regular process.

We prepare your bank account application with our partners

Your signature on the SS-4 is what unlocks this. From then on, your business bank account application is ready, completed from your order and bundled with your company documents. You review it, and we send it to our partners the moment you approve. Account approval is up to them, and we can't promise it.

Why New Mexico

Taxes work separately. New Mexico's Taxation and Revenue Department handles gross receipts tax registration, and whether it applies depends on what you sell and where. We can't advise on that.

Frequently asked questions

Can I run a New Mexico LLC while living in another country?

Yes. New Mexico has no residency requirement for LLC owners. The state only requires the company to keep a registered agent and office in New Mexico, which we provide for the first year.

What's the total cost?

It's $399 for the package plus New Mexico's $50 filing fee, charged at cost. Checkout shows your exact total before you pay. After the first year, the registered agent renews at $99 a year.

Is an EIN possible without an SSN or ITIN?

Yes. We prepare IRS Form SS-4 on your behalf under the IRS rules for applicants with no SSN. You sign it digitally, and it goes to the IRS by fax. It usually takes two to eight weeks, and the IRS won't expedite it.

Do I have to file an annual report in New Mexico?

No. New Mexico doesn't have an annual or biennial report for LLCs. You do need to keep a registered agent on file. Tax registration is its own question, answered by the Taxation and Revenue Department.

When can I apply for a business bank account?

Right after you sign your EIN application. That's when your application for an account with our partners is ready, filled in by us and carrying your company documents. You check it, we send it, and your EIN comes later on its own. Our partners make the final call, so an account isn't guaranteed.

Can you help with my taxes?

No. We don't prepare or file tax returns, including Form 5472, and we don't give tax advice. A tax professional who works with international owners can tell you what to file.
